We measure, check substrate moisture and flatness, confirm the install method, and recommend the right wear class for your traffic level.

Physical samples couriered within 48 hours. Final selection of finish, plank format and edge treatment confirmed before order placement.

Prep & Install
Substrate cleaning, moisture barrier where required, underlay placement (click-lock) or adhesive (glue-down). Skirting and trim profiles fitted on completion.

Sign-off & Warranty
Final walk-through. Manufacturer warranty issued in writing — 10 years residential, 15 years commercial. Maintenance card supplied at handover.

Is luxury vinyl flooring suitable for Singapore's humid climate?
Yes. Lexsure LVT features a 100% waterproof core that resists moisture, humidity and temperature variation — engineered for Singapore’s tropical conditions. Unlike laminate or hardwood, it will not warp, swell, develop gaps or grow mould in humid HDB and condo interiors.
Can LVT be installed over existing tiles, vinyl or concrete?
Yes, in most cases. Our click-lock LVT can be installed over existing ceramic tile, vinyl or concrete with minimal preparation — protecting the existing surface and avoiding costly demolition. Our team assesses subfloor flatness, moisture and grout depth during the free site visit and confirms the install method before commencing.
How does LVT compare to laminate or hardwood flooring?
LVT offers superior water resistance (100% waterproof core), better durability and warmer comfort underfoot than laminate. Versus hardwood, LVT is more affordable, easier to maintain, slip-resistant when wet, and far better suited to Singapore’s humidity — while delivering equally realistic wood and stone visuals through embossed-in-register photographic surfaces.
What is the difference between click-lock, glue-down and loose-lay LVT installation?
Click-lock LVT mechanically locks together over an underlay — fastest install, fully reversible, suitable for residential and light commercial. Glue-down bonds each plank with adhesive — most stable, preferred for heavy commercial and rolling-load areas. Loose-lay uses friction and weight only — quickest replacement of individual planks, suitable for low-traffic and pop-up retail. Our team recommends the right method during the site survey.
What thickness and wear class should I specify for my project?
For HDB and condo residential, 4mm–5mm thickness with 0.3mm–0.5mm wear layer (Class 23/32) suits most rooms. For retail and high-traffic commercial, specify 5mm with a 0.5mm wear layer minimum (Class 33). For heavy commercial use such as F&B back-of-house, specify Class 43 with a 0.7mm wear layer. Our team recommends the right grade based on use and traffic projections.
Is LVT suitable for kitchens, bathrooms and wet areas?
Yes — Lexsure LVT is 100% waterproof and slip-rated for residential wet areas including kitchens and bathrooms. For full water-immersion areas like shower trays, conventional tile or our UV Wall Panel range remains the better choice. For everything between, including kitchen floors with regular splash exposure, LVT performs better than laminate or engineered timber.
Do you offer warranties on LVT products?
Yes. All Lexsure luxury vinyl tiles carry a manufacturer’s warranty against wear-through, staining, fading and structural defects under normal use. Residential-grade ranges typically carry a 10-year warranty; commercial-grade ranges carry a 15-year warranty. Full warranty terms are issued on quotation.
How is LVT cleaned and maintained?
Routine maintenance is a damp mop with neutral pH cleaner — no waxing, sealing or refinishing required. The PUR surface coating resists most household cleaning agents. Avoid steam mops, abrasive scourers and solvent-based cleaners which can dull or damage the wear layer. Our team supplies a maintenance card with every project.
