Can fluted wall panels be installed over existing tiles or painted walls?
Yes, in most cases. Our WPC panels can be installed directly over flat tile, plaster or painted gypsum board with minimal substrate preparation. Our installer assesses wall flatness, fixes battens where needed, and bonds panels with construction adhesive plus mechanical fix. Most installations protect the underlying surface and are reversible.
Do you offer custom colours, finishes or panel sizes?

Are fluted wall panels suitable for bathrooms and wet areas?
Yes for general bathroom areas, splash zones and humid spaces — our WPC panels are 100% waterproof and resist mould. For full water-immersion environments such as wet area showers or pool surrounds, we recommend our UV Wall Panel range, which is specifically engineered for direct water contact and easier seam sealing.
How are fluted wall panels installed?
Standard installation uses construction adhesive bonded directly to a flat substrate, with concealed mechanical fixings at panel junctions. For uneven walls, we install timber or metal battens first. Each panel is profiled to interlock with the next, hiding all fixings. Typical install rate is 15–25 m² per crew per day.
How are fluted panels cut around switches, sockets and corners?
Our installers cut all penetrations on site using fine-tooth blades for clean edges. Internal and external corners are mitred or finished with matching trim profiles, depending on the design intent. Edge profiles, end caps and L-trim accessories are stocked alongside the main panel range.
How do I clean and maintain fluted wall panels?
Routine maintenance is a simple wipe with a soft cloth and neutral pH cleaner. The grooves can be vacuum-brushed periodically. No painting, sealing or polishing required. WPC composition resists most household and commercial cleaning agents — avoid abrasive scourers and solvent-based cleaners which can dull the finish.
